Meet the newest addition to the Acadia
family! Not merely a sized-down Acadia
12.5, the Acadia Scout was designed from
scratch to fit kids from 8-12 years old,
and not just as a first boat, but as one
that could grow with them. To make sure
it was right, we recruited a cadre of
kids who put a series of prototypes
through their paces. With their input,
the Acadia Scout is destined to be a
classic. No more bumping elbows on a
too-wide hull. No more sitting on a pfd
just to see over a too-high cockpit.
