Parking and Shuttles
Participants will be able to park at Falls Dam . Shuttles will be running every 10 minutes from all of these locations up to the dam. Shuttles will run from 10:00 am-2:00 pm.

Canoe and Kayak Paddle
Free Demo of over 25 models of kayaks and canoes. Participants will have the opportunity to try out the most popular canoe and kayak models, here, at Falls Lake. Factory Representatives from Wilderness, Perception, Heritage, Native, Mad River, Liquid Logic, Wave Sport, and Seven2 Paddles will be present.
Army Corps of Engineers
The US Army Corps of Engineers will be providing general information about Falls Lake, with a focus on being safe around the water. Seamoor, the Sea Serpent, will be making appearances throughout the day!
Coast Guard Auxiliary
The US Coast Guard Auxiliary will be promoting Boating Safety and Public Education programs. There will be various Marine Safety handouts free for the public. We will have a dining fly, display case and a display of safety equipment.
Falls Lake Fire Department
Falls Lake Fire Truck will be on hand as well as the Falls Lake Rescue Boat.

Blue Jay Point Park
Blue Jay Point County Park will provide a fun, but informative, conservation activity that demonstrates how the things we leave behind may affect our local wildlife.
NC Dept of Parks and Recreation
The NC Division of Parks and Recreation will be promoting the recreational opportunities found at Falls Lake, as well as providing two fun activities for kids and parents!
BW Wells Foundation
The BW Wells Association will be on site to promote Rock Cliff Farm and all it has to offer for the local community.
Friends of Mountain to Sea Trail
The Friends of the Mountains to Sea Trail will provide a booth about the Mountains to Sea Trail across North Carolina with a focus on our work at Falls Lake.
American Canoe Association
Information will be available on canoe and kayak safety.

The City of Raleigh Parks and Recreation Department actively encourages, promotes, and provides outdoor recreation opportunities in the triangle and beyond. Stop by our booth to pick up copies of the Greenway Map, Neuse River Canoe Trail Maps, and information about upcoming trips, outdoor events, and summer camps.
